The modern Apple computer uses an Intel processor. From a hardware point of view, there is very little difference between Macintosh and PC! Only one thing stands in the way: software. Macs run OS X, PCs run Windows. But suppose there was a piece of software running on Macs that converted Windows operating system requests into Mac OS X requests!
How the heck does this work…or does it? I’m still no further forward in attempting to get Windows running on my MacBook and with the pending arrival of our new super Samsung work netbooks and…gasp…mobile broadband dongles (our IT moves into the 2000’s at last) then I may not have to.
