Another alternative to the other syncing solutions for mobile phones out there although, unlike DoubleTwist (which I abandoned fairly quickly), it is not free. Well, it is sort of free but paying brings additional benefits.
Salling Media Sync synchronizes playlists, music, and podcasts from iTunes and photos from iPhoto or Aperture onto your mobile phone. It’s free to use, but when registered it intelligently updates your phone, which is much faster.
